Role - Creative Content Strategist & Brand Storyteller

Qualification: Degree in Digital Media / Mass Communication / Marketing, or any relevant Marketing degree

Experience: Digital Marketing & Content Creation for Digital / Social Media Platforms

We are looking for someone who can research deeply, understand customers, think like a marketer, connect emotionally and develop high-performing video and social-media content.

This is not a conventional Content Writer role.

We are looking for:

Researcher + Marketer + Psychologist + Storyteller + Data Learner — who happens to be a great writer.

You will work on challenging technology products, transforming complex ideas into simple, powerful and emotionally engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Shorts and digital advertising.

· The ability to say not just what to shoot, but why we are shooting it and what it should achieve is important.

6. Commercial Creativity + High-Quality Lead Generation

· Create content with a clear business purpose.

· Develop hooks, stories, campaigns and creative approaches that don't merely generate views and likes, but attract high-quality, relevant sales leads.

· The ability to connect creative content with measurable business results will be highly valued.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We are looking for someone with:

· A degree in Digital Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or a relevant Marketing discipline

· Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Content Creation

· Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reels/Shorts or digital campaigns

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A genuine interest in storytelling, advertising, customer psychology and digital media

· The ability to work effectively with videographers, designers and other creative professionals

· A portfolio that demonstrates how you think, create and connect with an audience

· Your ability, creativity and portfolio matter more than simply having the right qualification.

OUR SELECTION PROCESS IS DIFFERENT

· Shortlisted candidates may be given one of our actual technology products, such as Eagle Eye or ARAM, and asked to develop:

· You may also be asked to explain how you would brief a videographer to bring your concept to life.
