Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller Sales role based in Kolkata. The Telecaller Sales professional will make outbound and receive inbound calls to present Justdial's services, explain benefits, and convert leads into active customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, resolving basic queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role involves meeting daily and monthly call and sales targets, updating CRM or internal systems with call outcomes, and following up on prospective leads. Telecallers will collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to share feedback from customers, refine sales pitches, and support overall business growth.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal delivery, active listening, and a professional phone manner.
Candidates should possess sales and negotiation abilities, such as persuasive pitching, objection handling, and closing sales within defined timelines.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, including patience, problem-solving, and the ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess basic computer and CRM skills, including data entry, call logging, and navigation of web-based platforms or internal tools.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes, prioritize follow-ups, and meet performance targets.
Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or higher education in any discipline; prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or call center environments is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Kolkata, willingness to work in rotational shifts if required, and the ability to collaborate within a target-driven team environment.
