What You'll Do

Sales & Business Development: Drive Original Equipment (OE) sales and aftermarket business generation for slurry pumps and mineral processing products across Odisha. Daily activities include handling enquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and closing orders with clients. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations in the Odisha region. Regularly visit customers (approximately 15-20 days per month) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market & Dealer Management: Manage dealer networks and coordinate with regional teams, sales & operations planning, engineering, and operations to align customer requirements and company objectives.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly updates on new business opportunities, customer feedback, and strategies to address customer pain points. Maintain receivable management and ensure timely collections.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

Mechanical Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) with 6-8 years of experience in OEM/OE sales within industrial or engineering environments.
Proven track record in sales and marketing of slurry pumps, mineral processing equipment, or related industrial products, preferably in Eastern India.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage B2B customer relationships effectively.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Odisha (approximately 15-20 days per month).

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy engineering industries.
Knowledge of the Odisha industrial and mining market.
Local candidate preferred for better market understanding and long-term retention.
Existing relationships with OEM customers, distributors, or industrial accounts in the region.
