As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience in developing scalable and high-performance custom software solutions.
Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
