Role Description The Campus Recruiter will manage both lateral hiring and campus recruitment drives, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for diverse roles. This full-time, on-site position based in Noida involves planning and executing campus hiring strategies, coordinating with colleges and universities, and conducting pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews. The role includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The Campus Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, support offer negotiation, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The position also requires building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions, tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving hiring processes.

Qualifications

Experience in campus recruitment, including planning and leading campus drives, as well as lateral hiring for multiple roles.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
Competence in conducting interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and supporting selection and offer management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and internal stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to groups and engage with diverse candidate pools.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Proficiency with ATS or recruitment management tools and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
