Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers responsible for Government and Education sector customers.
Develop and execute sector growth strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Drive sales pipeline management, bid strategy, proposal development and successful deal execution.
Work closely with internal solution, technical and delivery teams to create compelling customer value propositions.
Monitor market trends, customer priorities and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure excellent customer experience while strengthening long-term strategic partnerships across assigned accounts.

The Successful Applicant

Degree qualification with 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, ICT or telecommunications sales.
Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth through solution-based selling.
Strong track record managing complex customer engagements within large enterprise, public sector or education environments.
Experience developing strategic account plans and executing business growth initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales pipelines, bids and large opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, coaching and people development capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, resilience and results orientation.
