About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale SCADA and Control Systems projects for MRT / rail infrastructure, both locally and internationally. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale SCADA and Control Systems projects for MRT / rail applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and external stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact with customers, consultants, and partners, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interface challenges.
Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, regulatory, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage variations, claims, and change control in accordance with contract terms.
Monitor project performance and provide regular progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management.
Drive quality delivery and continuous improvement by applying best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in rail, MRT, or mission‑critical systems.
Strong technical knowledge of SCADA and Control Systems, including system integration and interfaces.
Solid understanding of engineering contracts, commercial terms, and project governance.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional and multicultural project teams.
Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills.
Assertive, results‑driven, and able to manage complex project challenges.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
