Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership. This role is crucial in driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Track progress of all Site Project Managers and Project Manager Team Leaders, ensuring timely execution and accountability.

Handle operational escalations across functions and ensure swift resolution.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Design teams to streamline project execution and client satisfaction.

Design, implement, and refine operational strategies, processes, and SOPs to drive efficiency and scalability.

Manage day-to-day operations including budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking.

Lead and mentor the operations team to meet performance targets and uphold service quality.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on key business goals.

Monitor operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and external regulations.

Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and service partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).

Proven experience in operations or project management, ideally in construction, real estate, or related industries.

Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing large or cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of budgeting, compliance, and resource planning best practices
