Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-centric and proactive Customer Relationship Associate who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage customer queries, support order fulfillment, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and proactive engagement to improve customer retention and satisfaction

Customer Support & Order Coordination

Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to manage customer requirements, order processing, dispatch updates, and service-related requests.
Handle customer complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and seamless service delivery.

Customer Database & Reporting

Maintain and regularly update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and periodic database hygiene.
Prepare and manage customer follow-up trackers, feedback reports, communication records, and other CRM-related documentation.

Customer Engagement & Business Growth

Re-engage inactive customers through structured follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases and strengthen customer relationships.
Support marketing and sales initiatives by coordinating customer participation in events, product launches, activations, tournaments, and promotional campaigns while assisting in order conversions and pre-order management.

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Experience working with CRM software and customer databases.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)

Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Experience working in retail, sports, D2C, or consumer brands.Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint for creating customer-facing presentations and communication materials.
Experience coordinating events, customer activations, or community engagement initiatives.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and generate actionable insights for improving customer
