Position Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager will support and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and long-term contracts for a portfolio of serviced apartments in Delhi. This role focuses on B2B and B2C account development, corporate relationships, revenue management coordination, and delivering high standards of guest and client service. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and experienced in hospitality sales within serviced residences or extended-stay operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support implementation of sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and occupancy targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, relocation firms, event planners, and online travel agents.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, long-stay, and group segments.
Manage lead pipeline: qualify leads, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close bookings.
Coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, length-of-stay programs, and promotional offers for serviced apartment units.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, site tours, and negotiations for prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and property management systems; produce regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses.
Work with Front Office, Housekeeping, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for long-stay and corporate guests.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials, corporate rate cards, and digital campaigns geared to target markets.
Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.
Handle client escalations and post-stay follow-up to secure repeat business and referrals.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Delhi to inform tactical sales decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of progressive sales experience in serviced apartments, extended stay, corporate housing, or hotel sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
Familiarity with corporate procurement processes, TMCs, and relocation services preferred.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with property management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and client events.
Valid local work authorization.
