Duties

Building Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections, address issues, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal building conditions.
Facilities & Contractor Management: Oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and building systems while ensuring contractors meet service standards.
Fire & Safety Compliance: Act as a CERT member, conduct fire system inspections, and execute fire drills.
Stakeholder & Tenant Engagement: Maintain strong tenant relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate improvement works with relevant authorities.
Budget & Procurement Oversight: Assist in budgeting, manage contracts, and ensure proper record-keeping for building operations.
