Job Requirements:

Maritime Credibility: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or a related field), or a Master Mariner / Chief Engineer certification. You need to speak the language of the sea and the engine room fluently.
Proven Hunting Background:A minimum of 5 years of pure, hardcore experience in marine sales. You must have a track record that proves you know how to close deals in this specific industry.
An Active Rolodex: Deep, current knowledge of the marine sector backed by an established, robust professional network that you can leverage from day one.
Technical Sales Grit: Strong experience in direct technical sales. You aren't just selling features you have the technical know-how to recommend complex solutions and back them up.
