About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, well skilled, and proactive Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires an articulate, professional, and results-driven individual capable of leading RFP/tender bid projects, engaging with senior leadership, and collaborating with global teams in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in strategic advisory, sales and pre-sales, communication, technical expertise, and project leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution consulting, from pre-sales to delivery execution, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives
Partner with client's C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating their business challenges into technical solutions that drive value
Coordinate, architect, and oversee the implementation of scalable, future-proof solutions across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms
Act as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring adoption, innovation, and long-term value realization of their initiatives
Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding key accounts, and shaping transformational roadmaps
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance consulting culture

Qualifications

Educational Qualification - Degree holder
Experience Min: 10 yrs

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role at a reputable consultancy or Big4 firm, focusing on Singapore government or large-scale commercial sector enterprises.
Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales, and client-facing activities.
Experience in strategic advisory and delivering thought leadership to senior executives.
Expertise in crafting technical solutions and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Proficiency in project management, with experience leading teams through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to C-suite executives.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a globally distributed environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to client engagements.
Performed as the Solution Consultant Lead for deals larger than $5$10 million.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
