Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega LSA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega platform capabilities and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications. This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega applications.
Design and develop Pega applications using Pega LSA methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions with existing systems.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Pega applications.
Document technical specifications, design decisions, and application architecture for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) methodologies and practices.
Strong understanding of Pega platform features, including case management, business process management, and user interface design.
Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications that meet business needs.
Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Pega applications.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement Pega development.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
