We are expanding our presence across India and are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in Patna and surrounding areas.

This is a field-oriented sales role where you will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting decision-makers, presenting our language learning products, closing deals, and building long-term institutional relationships.

About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven B2B sales professional who is comfortable spending most of their time in the field.

You will primarily sell EnglishBhashi's language learning products to schools, educational institutions, training institutes, organizations, and other B2B customers.

The ideal candidate should already understand the B2B sales cycle and be comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.

Prior Experience Selling To Schools Will Be Strongly Preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across Patna.
Build a strong pipeline of schools, educational institutions, coaching institutes, training organizations, and other potential customers.
Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities where EnglishBhashi can add value.
Present and demonstrate EnglishBhashi's language learning products.
Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting → meeting → demo → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers such as school owners, principals, directors, management teams, HR teams, and institutional heads.

School & Institutional Sales

Build relationships with schools and educational institutions across Patna.
Identify the right decision-makers and stakeholders within institutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for school management.
Understand the institution's language-learning and communication-skills requirements.
Develop proposals and commercial offerings based on customer requirements.
Follow up with institutions to convert opportunities into paid partnerships.
Support the onboarding and initial relationship management of institutional customers.

Field Operations

Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing customers.
Plan daily and weekly field visits efficiently.
Map key institutions and decision-makers within assigned territories.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, prospects, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
Provide regular updates on pipeline, closures, and market feedback.

Market Development

Identify new B2B segments and sales opportunities.
Understand competitor offerings and market pricing.
Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share insights with the Product and Business teams.
Help identify new use cases and opportunities for EnglishBhashi's products.

Requirements

Must-Have

2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / field sales / institutional sales.
Proven experience in selling products or services to B2B customers.
Strong field sales and business development experience.
Comfortable with face-to-face meetings and extensive local travel.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
Must have a bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Strong local understanding of the Patna market.

Preferred

Prior experience selling to schools or educational institutions.
Experience in EdTech, education, SaaS, training, or related industries.
Existing relationships with schools, coaching institutes, educational organizations, or institutional decision-makers in Patna.
Experience selling annual subscriptions, software, learning programs, or institutional solutions.
