Key Responsibilities

Design and creation of 3D models using Siemens NX software.
Create and modify complex assemblies and components.
Generate detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
Collaborate with design originators to resolve discrepancies between original 3D models and final CAD designs.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of all designs.
Document design process and update existing 3D models.
Interface with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable.
Generation of detailed 2D drawings using Siemens NX.
Perform geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Participate in design optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

Work Experience

Work Experience:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
6- 10 years of experience in CAD design.
Proficiency in Siemens NX software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with PLM tools like Teamcenter.
Knowledge of Welding and Fabrication (sheet metal) methodology.
Experience with GD&T and other detailed standards.
Experience in Renewable Energy Domain is an added advantage.
