u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Build and manage Service Marketing Communication across all customer touchpoints.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Lead Value Proposition Creation, segmentation and positioning strategies.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Create sales enablement materials including brochures, presentations and training to support commercial excellence.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Lead KOL engagement and voice of the customer initiatives

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Actively participate in MOS CS product development from Ideation to Order.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Collaborates with the business and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive toolkits to assigned regions to enable a consistent experience of Philips for customers and consumers.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Facilitates the annual marketing planning process, ensuring coordination and alignment across all marketing activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing plans, establish clear goals and objectives.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Ensures adherence to established marketing policies, procedures, and ways of working by promoting a culture of compliance and ensuring marketing activities are conducted ethically and responsibly.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Maintains a robust marketing measurement framework by developing marketing dashboards, establishing data collection protocols, and creating regular reports to track progress against established KPIs

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Work closely with Regional Sales and marketing teams to identify trends, customer needs and tailor strategies to local market needs.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Determines the relevance of this service portfolio for Philips, assessing the value of new service and technology developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Keeps abreast of market, competition, technical, application and societal developments in the domain, showing understanding of the Philips position and business interests.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Build a worldwide external network related to the service portfolio, and make this knowledge applicable for business, now and in the future.

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Represents Philips externally on related issues and orchestrates international platforms. Is consulted as a service marketing specialist and asked for projects to investigate feasibility of new businesses, applications concepts, and models.

You're the right fit if:

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Bachelor's / masteru2019s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications or equivalent.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Preferably Customer Services / Healthcare experience

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Experience in a global matrix organization

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Marketing, eCommerce, Consumer Marketing Experience or equivalent OR no prior experience required with masteru2019s degree

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Experience in creation, development, and building portfolios

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement. Green Belt/ Black belt certification is a preference

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Understand Customer Unmet needs and ability to design Service & Solutions

u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Travel domestic and International, as & when required

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
