Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
Strong understanding of software configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
Experience with system integration and customization within complex software environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software deployment and maintenance.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools that support collaborative engineering efforts.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
