Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for platform development and deployment.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
Experience in managing configuration and integration of packaged or cloud-based software solutions.
Strong understanding of platform stability, performance optimization, and release management.
Ability to set and enforce technical standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
