Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Plant Maintenance modules to meet business requirements.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PM and other enterprise systems.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Plant Maintenance environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
