As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous improvement of software performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards related to SAP environments.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP GRC.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering secure and compliant software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
