We are expanding our Dubai Real Estate Sales Division in Gurugram and are hiring experienced Dubai property sales professionals.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirement

Applicants must have direct, hands-on experience selling Dubai/UAE real estate.

Freshers and candidates who have only sold Indian real estate should not apply.

Candidates must have experience presenting, advising and selling Dubai properties to Indian, NRI or international investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients interested in purchasing or investing in Dubai real estate

• Understand each client's budget, investment objective, preferred location and buying timeline

• Recommend suitable Dubai properties based on ROI, rental yield, capital appreciation, payment plans and exit potential

• Explain off-plan and ready-property investment opportunities clearly

• Conduct outbound calls, client consultations, virtual meetings and face-to-face presentations

• Present Dubai projects, locations, developer credentials and payment plans professionally

• Manage assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-ups through the company CRM

• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, offers and booking documentation

• Negotiate with clients and convert qualified opportunities into bookings

• Develop long-term investor relationships for repeat business and referrals

• Participate in Dubai property exhibitions, investor meetings and promotional events

• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leaders and Sales Managers

• Manage and guide a team of Dubai property sales professionals

• Monitor calls, follow-ups, meetings, pipelines and closures

• Conduct product training, sales coaching and performance reviews

• Support team members in client presentations, negotiations and closures

• Ensure proper CRM usage and disciplined lead management

• Build a target-driven, accountable and high-performing sales team

• Remain actively involved in individual and team closures

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of direct Dubai/UAE property sales experience

• Proven experience selling Dubai residential, commercial, off-plan or ready properties

• Practical understanding of the Dubai real estate market

• Knowledge of Dubai locations, property types, pricing and developer payment plans

• Understanding of ROI, rental yield, capital appreciation and DLD-related costs

• Experience dealing with investors, HNIs, NRIs or international buyers

• Strong English communication and presentation skills

• Confident negotiation, objection-handling and closing ability

• Experience managing leads and follow-ups through a CRM

• Target-driven attitude with professional conduct and dependable follow-up discipline

• Willingness to work full-time from the White Collar Realty office in Gurugram

Experience Guidelines

Sales Executives and Property Consultants:

• Preferably 1–5 years of relevant Dubai real estate sales experience

• Must have personally handled Dubai property enquiries, consultations and closures

Team Leaders and Sales Managers:

• Proven Dubai real estate sales and closing experience

• Previous experience managing, training and monitoring a sales team

• Must be capable of contributing to individual closures in addition to managing the team

Preferred Candidate Background

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Worked with a Dubai-focused brokerage, channel partner, international property consultant or UAE developer

• Sold projects by DAMAC, Emaar, Sobha Realty, Binghatti, Danube, Nakheel, Meraas, Ellington, Azizi or other established Dubai developers

• Managed Indian, NRI, HNI or international property investors

• Conducted virtual property presentations and investor consultations

• Participated in Dubai property exhibitions, roadshows or investor events

• Demonstrable bookings, revenue or sales closures in Dubai real estate
