Legal Drafting & Documentation
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Preparation of legal documents including legal notices, Letters of Intent (LOI), MOU, lease agreements, sale agreements, leave & license agreements, conveyance deeds, and related documentation.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents for non-litigation matters and commercial transactions.
Litigation & Dispute Management
Monitoring and managing ongoing litigation matters and coordinating with external counsel.
Handling and tracking cases relating to arbitration and litigation across various forums including: City Civil Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Revenue Authorities
Ensuring proper compliance with court orders, filings, and case updates.
Real Estate Legal Due Diligence
Conducting legal due diligence of land parcels for acquisition, development, redevelopment, and joint venture projects.
Reviewing title documents, property records, approvals, and regulatory compliance for development projects.
Assisting in finalization of documentation for land acquisition, redevelopment, and joint venture agreements.
Land, Redevelopment Societies title due diligence
Compliance & Legal Advisory
Conducting legal research and advising the organization on the legal implications of transactions.

Requirements

LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in a law firm or legal practice.
Prior experience in real estate law and working with real estate developers will be preferred.
Strong expertise in litigation, documentation, and land due diligence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents in English and Marathi.
