Position Overview

The Expansion Account Executive is responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise customers in Southern India.The role focuses on uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts, expanding Autodesk's presence across teams and workflows, and enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes through increased adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will own the account expansion strategy, develop executive relationships, and orchestrate internal and partner resources throughout the sales process. Success will be measured through expansion revenue, qualified pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, strategic account penetration, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic account plans for assigned large enterprise customers
Identify whitespace and growth opportunities across business units, projects, locations, workflows, and user communities
Develop strong relationships with executive sponsors, business decision-makers, technology leaders, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders
Translate customer transformation priorities and business challenges into relevant value propositions
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure
Expand the adoption of Autodesk's cloud, platform, and industry solutions across the customer organization
Coordinate internal sales, technical, customer success, industry, and marketing teams around a common account strategy
Collaborate with channel partners and system integrators to increase customer reach and accelerate execution
Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
Strengthen Autodesk's position as a trusted strategic partner by demonstrating sustained and measurable customer value

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise technology, software, SaaS, or cloud sales experience
Proven success in managing and growing large enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue and expansion targets
Strong experience in strategic account planning, outcome-based selling, negotiation, and executive engagement
Experience leading complex sales cycles involving multiple business, technical, procurement, and partner stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Willingness to travel across Southern India
