We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with strong graphic design skills. The primary focus of this role will be creating videos, motion graphics and animated content, while also contributing to static social media creatives and digital designs when required.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience and strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design.

Strong expertise in motion graphics and video editing, including Reels, short-form videos, animated creatives, transitions, visual effects, and social media videos.
Strong static graphic design skills for social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, branding, and other digital assets.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with AI-powered design and video tools.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and creativity of production — including concept generation, image generation, video generation, editing, animation, and creative experimentation.
Strong understanding of social media creative trends, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Reels, and other short-form content formats.
Ability to take a brief, reference, or basic idea and independently develop it into a complete creative concept and final execution.
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, layouts, colour combinations, transitions, and brand consistency.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, along with relevant AI design and video tools.
Ability to create both high-quality static creatives and engaging motion/video content, with a stronger focus on video and motion.
Creative thinker who is proactive, curious, open to experimentation, and willing to explore new styles, formats, tools, and techniques rather than relying solely on templates.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently with minimal supervision or follow-ups.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of a creative project from concept to final delivery.
Ability to understand different brand identities, target audiences, and campaign objectives, and adapt creative execution accordingly.
