Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Sales + ERP Implementation professional. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting ERP solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The individual will collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements, map business processes, and support ERP configuration and rollout. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demos, providing user training, coordinating implementation timelines, and offering post-deployment customer support. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback for product improvement, and preparing regular sales and implementation reports.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide clear guidance.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Ability to deliver effective Training sessions for end users and client stakeholders during ERP implementation.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and business processes (e.g., finance, inventory, operations) is highly beneficial.
Experience in IT or software solutions sales, preferably with ERP or SaaS products.
Comfort working closely with technical teams and interpreting basic functional or technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
