Responsibilities

Serve as the main Account Manager and collaborate with clients, internal teams, BU Heads and Sales Leads
Align with senior Account Management leadership to define and deliver account plans that support growth, delivery excellence and client satisfaction
Establish account strategy as the engagement architect and position EPAM across the Life Sciences value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial and Patient Engagement)
Strengthen trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal executives
Guide clients as a product owner to shape product vision, roadmaps and compelling customer value propositions
Achieve revenue growth across assigned accounts and meet revenue and profit targets in support of company financial objectives
Grow EPAM's footprint in Life Sciences accounts by driving opportunities in digital transformation, data & analytics, clinical platforms, regulatory systems and commercial solutions
Conduct sales and pre-sales activities including opportunity assessments, RFP responses, proposal creation and client presentations
Demonstrate services in person or virtually and maintain a monthly pipeline with progress tracking and metric reporting to leadership
Collaborate with program/project management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Scope engagement models, pricing and delivery strategies aligned with Life Sciences compliance and regulatory requirements
Oversee sales-to-delivery transitions to ensure accountability for client outcomes and satisfaction
Evaluate performance metrics across large-scale accounts and keep work aligned to business goals
Keep up with market trends, emerging technologies and industry challenges across Life Sciences such as digital health, real-world evidence and pharmacovigilance
Consult as a subject-matter expert to guide business transformation, product strategy and innovation initiatives for Life Sciences clients

Requirements

Professional background managing large enterprise accounts in account management roles
Evidence of exceeding sales and revenue goals across assigned accounts
Comprehensive knowledge of Pharma, Biotech and MedTech including clinical trials, regulatory compliance and pharmacovigilance
Understanding of commercial operations and patient-centric solutions
Familiarity with technology platforms, digital transformation and IT services within Life Sciences and healthcare ecosystems
Strong ability to move between strategic direction and tactical execution to deliver client and business success
Experience with team leadership, performance management and cross-functional collaboration
Effective presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
Well-developed problem-solving, critical thinking and solution design capabilities
