We are looking for an exceptionally driven, proactive, and execution-oriented Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in Starplify's growth journey.

This is not a conventional internship. It is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in startup building, business strategy, fundraising, partnerships, operations, execution, and scaling while working closely with the Founder.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Work directly with the Founder to plan and execute strategic business initiatives.
Assist in developing business roadmaps, expansion plans, and growth strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Support business development by connecting with recruiters, brands, production houses, casting agencies, talent seekers, and strategic partners.
Assist in onboarding recruiters, partners, and other stakeholders onto the platform.
Coordinate partnership discussions and contribute to business collaboration initiatives.
Support founder-led projects by ensuring timely execution and effective coordination across teams.
Prepare presentations, reports, pitch decks, and business documents for strategic meetings.
Assist with investor communications, fundraising activities, and follow-up tasks.
Support hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Help streamline internal processes and contribute to operational improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and execute high-priority initiatives.
Participate in networking events, meetings, and strategic discussions to support business growth.
Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the company's growth and operational objectives.
