This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on marketing initiatives, build scalable lead-generation programs, and align marketing efforts with business growth objectives in the U.S. hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and performance against KPIs.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
Establish campaign priorities, performance benchmarks, and reporting frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and related marketing automation platforms.
Create and manage audience segmentation, automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lead-nurturing programs.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and campaign structures to maximize engagement and conversions.
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to improve campaign performance.

B2B Lead Generation

Drive qualified lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, website inquiries, databases, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
Develop and implement lead acquisition and nurturing strategies to improve pipeline growth and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
Manage campaign performance and continuously identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

Oversee company website performance, content updates, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content supports branding, lead generation, and business goals.
Manage content strategies across digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

SEO & Organic Growth

Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content enhancement.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools.
Identify opportunities to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation through search marketing initiatives.

CRM Management & Reporting

Maintain and optimize Zoho CRM for lead management, campaign tracking, reporting, and customer engagement.
Ensure data accuracy, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting consistency.
Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and marketing performance.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Track KPIs related to lead generation, campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Support branding, content development, lead-generation initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, with significant expertise in email marketing and lead generation.
Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams, including target setting, campaign ownership, mentoring, and performance management.
Strong experience in developing and executing successful lead-generation and lead-nurturing programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign optimization initiatives.
