In the role of ServiceNow Senior BPC, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The role demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on delivering scalable and high-performing systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain quality and efficiency is a key aspect, alongside fostering an environment that supports innovation and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Experience in designing scalable software architectures and ensuring high code quality.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project deliveries effectively.
Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting within enterprise software environments.

This position is based at our Pune office.
