Any Graduation
6 to 8 years experience with 3+ years in Sales Operations or Customer Service
2 to 3 years leading teams of 20+ resources
Experience in Software, Technology or Cloud environments preferred
Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a 24x7 environment
