As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing processes that enable smooth migration and deployment of data across various systems, collaborating with different teams to support organizational data needs and optimize data workflows.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges to improve overall system performance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
Experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Strong understanding of distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques.
Ability to optimize data processing jobs for performance and resource efficiency.
Familiarity with data storage solutions and data modeling concepts relevant to large-scale data environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
