Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
Ability to work with agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across integrated systems.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
