As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to design and implement solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. The position demands active collaboration across various departments to promote the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and to lead efforts that balance innovation with accountability. The individual in this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the organization's approach to AI, fostering a culture of responsibility and transparency throughout project lifecycles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead initiatives to embed ethical principles into AI development and deployment processes.
Facilitate communication and cooperation between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of responsible AI goals.
Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to ethical AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions that incorporate fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align AI projects with organizational values and external standards.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
