What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Implementation of gen.
ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing.
Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts. What are we looking for
Finance Processes
End-to-end month-end close, subledger close, journal processing and balance-sheet reconciliation
Systems Knowledge (preferred)
Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation and close-management tools
Industry Experience (preferred)
Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems
You will typically be creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
You will need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions
You will need to monitor & drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics
Your primary upward interaction is with a direct supervisor or team leads
Update close tasks, track completion, highlight risks and communicate issues that may affect the close timetable.
Prepare accurate reconciliations with appropriate support, aging, explanations and action plans for open items.
Investigate interface and reconciliation exceptions, post approved corrections and follow up with stakeholders to clear aged items.
Maintain complete close and reconciliation evidence, support audits and contribute to close-cycle improvement; specific KPI targets
