Compensation: Base Salary + Commission on Closed Deals

Role Overview

Supplesoft is looking for an experienced Senior SDR with strong B2B sales and business development experience in the US market. The candidate will build our outbound sales pipeline, primarily targeting US healthcare organizations for Cybersecurity, HIPAA Compliance, Microsoft 365, Cloud, AI and IT Services.

This is a hands-on outbound role. The candidate should be able to independently research accounts, identify decision-makers, prospect through calls, email and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities, follow up and

book meetings for our sales and technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers in the US healthcare market.

• Identify decision-makers including Owners, CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Practice Managers and Security/Compliance leaders.

• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Lusha and other sales tools.

• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.

• Understand prospect requirements and identify opportunities for Supplesoft services.

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales or technical team.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with open prospects.

• Coordinate with the HIPAA/Cybersecurity technical team for detailed technical discussions.

• Maintain complete prospect, follow-up and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM.

• Take ownership of the outbound pipeline and provide regular activity and pipeline reporting.

Performance Targets

• 8–10 new qualified prospects per working day

• 80–120 targeted outreach activities per day across calls, emails and LinkedIn

• 160–200 new qualified prospects per month

• 8–15 qualified meetings per month

• Follow up with open prospects at least 2–3 times

• Maintain 100% CRM updates

• Develop genuine opportunities that can move toward proposal and closure

A meeting will be considered qualified when the company fits our target market, the right decision-maker or influencer is involved, and there is a genuine current or potential requirement.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–6 years of B2B Sales, SDR or Business Development experience

• Strong experience working with the US market

• Proven outbound sales, cold-calling and pipeline generation experience

• Experience with email and LinkedIn prospecting

• Experience selling IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud or Managed IT Services

• Healthcare sales and HIPAA/Cybersecurity knowledge preferred

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

• Experience with LinkedIn, Lusha or similar prospecting tools

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Comfortable communicating with US executives and business owners

• Ability to work independently during US EST business hours

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously sold Cybersecurity, HIPAA/Compliance, Managed IT, Cloud or technology services to US healthcare organizations.

This is not an inbound lead management position. We need someone who can build the pipeline from scratch — research accounts, prospect, call, follow up, qualify opportunities and book meetings.
