Our finance function is a crucial part of the business. As our Senior US Accountant you'll primarily be leading the accounting of our US management company and company investment entities.

What you'll be doing:

As our Senior US Accountant, you'll be responsible for:

Manage monthly accounting for multiple US and offshore entities, including our US management company and company investment entity.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are properly classified.
Create consolidated accounts across entities, maintaining accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
Coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors for preparation of US federal and state tax filings, including partnership returns.
Prepare and review US partnership tax returns (Form 1065) and related K-1 schedules for investors.
Maintain and oversee the general ledger, chart of accounts, and supporting schedules across entities.
Support annual financial statement preparation and audit-readiness across managed entities.
Own intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper elimination entries in consolidated reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency across accounting workflows.
Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements:

6+ years of accounting experience, with significant exposure to US accounting standards (US GAAP)
Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing US partnership tax returns (Form 1065 / K-1s) - this is essential
Experience managing accounting for multiple legal entities, ideally including US and offshore structures
Strong working knowledge of consolidated financial reporting
Prior experience coordinating with external CPAs, tax advisors, or Big 4 / mid-tier audit firms
Attention to detail and high reliability - non-negotiable at this level
Ability to work independently, own a workstream end-to-end, and proactively flag issues
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment management is a strong plus
