artered Accountants to join us as a Finance Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Controllership, Accounting, Compliance, and Business Finance.

Responsibilities

Support the controllership function – statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings
Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits
Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance
Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities

Skills

Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

₹12 - ₹14 a year
