About the Role

Ace Blend is looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist who can own the brand's communication across every customer touchpoint. This is not just a writing role—it is a strategic position that combines content planning, brand storytelling, creative direction, campaign ideation, and performance-driven content.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions while ensuring consistency in the brand's voice, tone, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design, Video, CRM, and Leadership to create impactful campaigns across digital platforms.

You should have prior experience working with premium D2C, wellness, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands and understand how content contributes to both brand building and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Brand Communication

Develop and own Ace Blend's end-to-end content strategy.
Build content frameworks aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Define and maintain the brand's communication guidelines across every platform.
Ensure consistency in brand language, messaging, storytelling, and customer experience.
Create communication strategies for:
Product launches
Campaigns
Seasonal promotions
Brand awareness initiatives
Community-building initiatives
Identify content opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
Build long-term content roadmaps to support business growth.

2. Copywriting Across All Platforms

Own and oversee copywriting across all brand touchpoints, including:

Website & E-commerce
Marketing
Social Media
Brand Assets
Creative Content
Ensure every piece of communication reflects Ace Blend's premium positioning and brand personality.

3. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

Own Ace Blend's complete social media content ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

Create monthly and quarterly content calendars.
Build platform-specific content strategies.
Develop content pillars for each platform.
Plan educational, entertaining, community-driven, and conversion-focused content.
Ideate campaign concepts and storytelling formats.
Develop Reel and short-form video concepts.
Plan influencer-led content.
Create launch communication strategies.
Work closely with designers and video editors to execute content.
Ensure timely execution of all content deliverables.
Track content performance and continuously optimize strategies.

4. Campaign Planning & Creative Direction

Partner with Brand and Performance Marketing teams to conceptualize high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

Campaign ideation
Messaging strategy
Creative briefs
Communication hierarchy
Creative direction
Storytelling framework
Product positioning
Offer communication
Launch communication

Provide creative direction to:

Graphic Designers
Motion Designers
Video Editors
Content Creators
UGC Creators
Influencers

Ensure every campaign maintains consistency in visual identity, messaging, and customer experience.

5. Meta Ads & Performance Content

Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create high-converting content.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze Meta Ads performance.
Study winning creatives.
Identify top-performing messaging angles.
Develop new creative concepts based on performance insights.
Create ad copy variations.
Build hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused messaging.
Participate in A/B testing of creatives and copy.
Optimize communication based on campaign performance.

Understand key performance metrics such as:

CTR
CPC
ROAS
CPA
Engagement Rate
Conversion Rate

Use insights to improve future campaigns.

6. Brand Language, Tone & Communication

Be the guardian of Ace Blend's brand voice.

Own and maintain:

Brand language
Tone of voice
Communication guidelines
Messaging hierarchy
Copy standards
Editorial style guide

Ensure consistency across:

Website
Social Media
Ads
Packaging
CRM
Customer Support
PR
Offline Marketing
Events

Regularly refine communication guidelines as the brand evolves.

7. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor the content function while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and mentor Social Media Executives.
Lead and guide Copywriters.
Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
Work closely with Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing teams.
Review and approve all content before publishing.
Allocate projects and manage timelines.
Conduct regular content reviews and feedback sessions.
Build scalable content processes and workflows.

8. Content Performance & Optimization

Measure the effectiveness of content initiatives using data and insights.

Responsibilities include:

Track content performance across platforms.
Analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior.
Measure campaign effectiveness.
Identify high-performing content formats.
Recommend improvements based on analytics.
Present content performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

Prior experience managing a team of Social Media Executives and Copywriters is mandatory.
Experience working with performance marketing teams and creative production teams is highly preferred.
