About the Role

We are seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused International Tele Sales Executive

with experience in an International BPO Voice Process. The role involves outbound cold

calling, handling inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments while

delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–70 outbound calls daily to UK and US prospects.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.

• Introduce company services and generate customer interest.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments.

• Follow up through calls and emails.

• Update CRM with accurate call records.

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

• Handle objections and maintain professional telephone etiquette.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years in International BPO Voice Process, Tele Sales, or Contact Center.

• Experience handling UK/US customers.

• Strong cold calling and outbound calling experience.

• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent and minimal MTI.

• Comfortable making 60–70 calls per day.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Preferred Industry

IT Services, SaaS, Telecom, BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, E-commerce, Travel, EdTech,

BPO/KPO.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
