Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, mature and consultative Enterprise Sales professional to lead large enterprise acquisition across the South market.

The role will be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding strategic enterprise accounts, building CXO relationships and creating sustainable revenue growth. The candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and the ability to uncover client challenges and position relevant Zaggle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Hunt and acquire large enterprise accounts across the South market and consistently deliver new business targets.
Build strong relationships with CHROs, CFOs and CXO-level stakeholders and influence complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions.
Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, closure and onboarding.
Use a consultative sales approach to probe client processes, uncover gaps and identify opportunities where Zaggle can create measurable value.
Develop a holistic understanding of Zaggle's product suite and identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities within new and existing relationships.
Work closely with Customer Success as a strategic partner to identify account expansion opportunities and ensure a holistic approach to client growth.
Build a strong enterprise pipeline through account mapping, CXO networking, referrals, industry forums and proactive prospecting.
Develop and maintain strong market intelligence on enterprise opportunities, competitive landscape and emerging customer needs.

Qualification

Graduation in any stream (Minimum).
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.

What We're Looking For

10–12 years of proven experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, Payments, HR Tech or Enterprise Technology.
Demonstrated success in hunting and onboarding large enterprise accounts.
Strong experience selling to CHROs, CFOs and CXOs.
Excellent consultative selling, probing and solutioning skills.
Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
Self-motivated, hungry for growth and entrepreneurial in approach.
Strong leadership maturity and ability to influence internal teams to deliver a holistic client solution.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
