About the Company: Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar) is one of India's fastest-growing solar manufacturers with advanced manufacturing facilities for TOPCon, Monofacial, and Bifacial Solar PV Modules. The company is expanding its manufacturing capabilities to 7 GW PV Modules and 4.5 GW Solar Cells, catering to utility-scale, C&I, government, EPC, and distribution markets across India.

Position Summary

The South Head – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Insolation Energy's market share across the Southern region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Puducherry). The role requires developing strategic customer relationships, leading regional sales teams, managing key accounts, and driving business across EPCs, Channel Partners, IPPs, Government, and C&I segments.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.

• Lead sales activities for Solar PV Modules across South India.

• Build and manage relationships with:

o EPC Companies o Independent Power Producers (IPP)

o Government Departments & PSUs o Channel Partners & Distributors

o Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Customers

o Open Access Developers

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Appoint and strengthen channel partners and distributors across the region. • Drive project sales for utility-scale and rooftop solar projects.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.

• Coordinate with Technical, SCM, Production, Dispatch, and Finance teams for seamless execution. • Participate in tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market intelligence.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage the regional sales team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Desired Candidate Profile • MBA (Marketing) / B.Tech / BE (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) preferred.

• 12–18 years of experience in Solar PV Module Sales

. • Minimum 5 years in a Regional/Zonal/State Head role.

• Strong network with EPCs, IPPs, Government utilities, and channel partners across South India.

• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.

• Proven experience in handling large-value institutional sales.

• Strong leadership and team management capability.

• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
