About the Role

Reporting to a Project Administrator Team Leader, the Project Administrator is part of our Consulting Operations team, supporting client delivery. Working alongside our Project Coordinators and Client Managers to administer Talogy's talent management services. The Project Administrator supports with project-level administration and coordination for the delivery of a combination of large and small-scale projects, in collaboration with the broader Consulting Operations team.

This role is internally focused, supporting the broader project team to ensure all administrative and logistical tasks tied to service delivery are completed in line with contractual requirements. This is a key support role to the Project Coordinator and Client Manager to ensure gold standard service is delivered to clients.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week with potential requirement for shift pattern to support a global operating model.

Role Responsibilities

Following process documentation, role responsibilities will include:

Executing on the scheduling and logistical deliverables of a project level task list, in line with client SLA
Using the available tools to resource and schedule assessments, briefing calls, feedback and debriefs, in line with the project schedule
Project level communications to candidates, assessors and other project level communications, using templates and tools available
Launching assessments, through the tools and platforms available
Candidate report administration and tracking
Sourcing and arranging venues
Arranging flights, accommodation and catering
Delivering regular status updates to the Project Coordinator and Client Manager on the progression of the project administrative tasks
Reporting bugs or other software/product/platform issues and liaising with Project Coordinator and Client Manager to get these resolved in a timely manner.
Other adhoc project level administrative duties may be required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.
Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, manage personal assignments, and drive tasks through to completion
Previous experience in a client services environment is preferred, e.g. call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable, but not required.
