Deliver revenue, profitability and market expansion targets through strategic business development.
Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships.
Build a robust sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and execution.

Executive Client Engagement

Build trusted partnerships with CHROs, CPOs, CLOs, HR Leaders and Business CXOs.
Lead complex consultative sales engagements and strategic commercial negotiations.
Position Company as a trusted advisor in enterprise learning, workforce transformation and capability development.

Strategic Account Management

Drive growth across marquee enterprise accounts through long-term strategic partnerships.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Company's portfolio.
Strengthen customer retention, executive engagement and lifetime account value.

Market Expansion

Identify emerging business opportunities, industry trends and evolving customer needs.
Expand Company's presence across key sectors and strategic markets.
Represent Company at industry forums, executive roundtables and leadership networks.

Leadership & Sales Excellence

Build, coach and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales organization.
Drive a culture of accountability, execution excellence and continuous improvement.
Establish strong governance, sales operating rhythms and performance management practices.
Develop leadership capability and succession within the sales organization.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Delivery, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Leadership teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Influence strategic business decisions through market intelligence and customer insights.
Ensure seamless customer experience from acquisition through long-term partnership.

Education Qualification & Certification

MBA from a Tier I/Premier Business School preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or a related discipline.
Executive certifications in Sales Leadership, Business Strategy or Leadership Development will be an advantage.

Experience Range

12–15 years of progressive experience in Enterprise/B2B Sales.
Minimum 5 years leading national enterprise sales teams.
Proven success in driving large enterprise sales, strategic account management and consultative solution selling.
Strong experience engaging CHROs, Chief People Officers, Chief Learning Officers, HR Leadership and Business CXOs.
Demonstrated experience in Pan-India enterprise sales with strong exposure across West and North India.
