Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective and existing customers, and present product features and benefits tailored to tax professionals and accountants. The role involves qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, conducting demos in coordination with the product team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The individual will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to convert leads, support onboarding, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and actively contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer messaging.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales for managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear product explanations, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting a positive client experience.
Relevant experience in SaaS, fintech, or accounting-related products is beneficial.
Comfort with CRM tools, basic data entry, and reporting is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
