Position Title: Head – Enrollments (EuroSchools & Phoenix Greens)

Work Location: Mumbai (with travel across cities)

Role Summery:

The K12 schools of Lighthouse Learning are pursuing an ambitious path of expansion across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, NCR, Nagpur and Vadodara. The Head – Enrollments will own the entire Enrollment vertical for EuroSchools (and Phoenix Greens School of Learning) across the country, driving both the B2C admissions funnel (through the Cluster Admissions Managers in each city) and the B2B/partnerships channel (through the Lead – B2B Admissions & Partnerships), including Project Synergy, our strategic program with Lighthouse Learning's own pre-K network.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can set national enrollment strategy, work closely with School Leaders as true partners in the admissions journey, and lead, motivate and inspire a large, distributed enrollment team of 70+ people. The role is personally accountable for admission targets across every EuroSchool and Phoenix Greens campus in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the annual enrollment plan and admission targets for EuroSchools across all cities.
Build and continually refine the capacity-fill strategy across digital, direct-to-consumer (D2C), and B2B channels.
Track performance against targets on a city-wise and channel-wise basis, implementing data-backed interventions to course-correct as needed.
Lead, motivate, and inspire an enrollment organization of 70+ professionals—including Cluster Admissions Managers and counselor teams across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nagpur, NCR, and Vadodara—fostering a high-performance and high-morale culture.
Design and drive incentive and reward structures for the enrollment team to maintain high motivation and alignment with admission targets.
Set city-wise targets, review counselor performance, and build bench strength across the enrollment organization.
Standardize training on the enquiry-to-admission process and counselor etiquette across all clusters.
Lead the B2B Admissions & Partnerships function, driving strategic tie-ups with corporates, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), educational institutions, and external pre-K centers.
Sponsor *Project Synergy* to build a seamless admissions funnel between EuroSchools and Lighthouse Learning's internal pre-K centers.
Establish and govern strong relationships with group pre-K leaders, cluster admissions teams, and school leadership.
Oversee city-level marketing and on-ground activations (hoardings, localized advertising, mall activations, and campus engagement) to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Partner with the brand and digital marketing teams to optimize the direct-to-consumer (D2C) funnel.
Ensure a robust, fully tracked lead funnel across all admission sources and acquisition channels.
Own the management information system (MIS) and analytical dashboards to track funnel health, conversion rates, and target achievements across all clusters and channels.
Deliver periodic business reviews to business leadership and the CEO – K12.
Utilize data-driven insights to strategically reallocate efforts across cities and channels, driving sustained enrollment growth.
Build close, trust-based partnerships with School Leaders (Principals and Directors) across every campus to align on enrollment plans, capacity management, admission quality, and local execution.
Involve School Leaders in enrollment reviews and decisions impacting their campuses, ensuring admissions and school operations move in lockstep.
Collaborate with brand marketing, digital marketing, and operations teams to guarantee cohesive messaging and seamless initiative execution.
Represent the Enrollments function in executive leadership forums and actively contribute to Lighthouse Learning's broader brand-building initiatives.

Desired Skills:

MBA preferred, with 12–15 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or sales leadership, ideally within K12/international schools or a related consumer business.
Proven track record of owning enrollment or sales targets across multiple cities or a large, distributed team.
Experience managing both B2C admission teams and B2B/partnership channels.
Strong people leadership – has managed managers and built, motivated and retained high-performing, distributed teams of 50+ people, including designing incentive/reward structures.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with MIS, funnel analytics, and forecasting.
Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment.
