Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to understand their needs, define product requirements, and develop use cases that ensure functional and process objectives are met. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of solutions across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders on process improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Ability to conduct comprehensive user and task analysis to inform process design.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
