Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-focused Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can independently manage and grow our social media presence remotely.

If you understand branding psychology, viral content strategy, and audience engagement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies

• Create engaging content (reels, carousels, posts, short-form videos)

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars

• Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice

• Edit short-form videos and visual creatives

• Track analytics and optimize content based on performance

• Stay updated with trends and implement innovative ideas

• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies

• Experience with Canva / Adobe Suite / CapCut or similar tools, - Plus Point

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

• Understanding of branding & marketing fundamentals

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and time management skills

Remote Work Expectations

• Must have a stable internet connection

• Available during agreed collaboration hours

• Comfortable with virtual meetings and reporting

• Self-disciplined and proactive

Preferred

• Experience working with branding or marketing agencies

• Portfolio showcasing measurable results

• Knowledge of paid ads strategy is a plus
