As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align development efforts with overarching business goals. Ensuring that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and perform efficiently is a key focus throughout the day. The role also includes setting and upholding development standards to maintain high-quality outputs across projects.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software systems.
Skilled in code review processes and maintaining high standards of code quality.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
