Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and articulate Pre-Sales Specialist to support our business development and product teams in turning opportunities into wins. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and client business needs, working closely with prospects to design tailored solutions, build confidence, and support the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

This is a client-facing, cross-functional role that requires technical curiosity, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and position solutions effectively.
Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical deep-dives customized to each client's use case.
Assist in crafting solution architectures, RFP responses, and technical documentation for pre-sales engagements.
Translate complex product features into business value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support qualification of opportunities and assist sales team in closing deals by mitigating technical concerns.
Gather feedback from prospects to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities.
Own and manage technical evaluation stages of the sales cycle.
Stay up-to-date with platform features, AI/ML trends (if relevant), and competitive offerings.

Required Skills

Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in a SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations.
Comfort with tools like Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to create clear and compelling documents, slide decks, and demo environments.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points For

Experience supporting AI/ML, data platforms, or automation products.
Prior exposure to RFPs, procurement cycles, and enterprise sales motions.
Ability to conduct basic technical feasibility assessments and communicate findings.
Experience working with product-led growth (PLG) or high-velocity sales teams.
